IT Help Desk Process
To request help with IT issues, please use one of the following options before the techs can begin working on your request.
Option #1 (Preferred) – Freshservice Portal
A help document for using the IT Helpdek portal with detailed screenshots can be found here . Choose the ‘View’ menu and uncheck ‘Print Layout’ to more easily read the document.
1) Navigate to the KoMet Freshservice Portal: komets.freshservice.com
2) Log in using the blue ‘Sign in with Google’ button and using your school Google account
3) Click on ‘New Ticket’
4) Fill out the form fields
5) Hit ‘Submit’
Option #2 – Call voicemail
This should only be used in the event that you and others in the district cannot get to the KoMet Freshservice Portal
